Waxing
At Heaven, We are absolutely passionate about waxing. We take great pride in training our therapists to the Highest standard to ensure the most comfortable, painless experience.. We use an organic lavender Hot wax, for all bikini waxing. At Heaven, we will never use strip wax for a Hollywood or Brazilian, in fact we would consider this a sin!
Contraindications to waxing
The following conditions may prevent you from being able to be waxed:
if you have sunburn or have been exposed to sunbeds 24hrs prior to waxing, if using roacuntrane Retin-A in past 6 months, if you have cuts, moles, bruises in local area or if you have hypersensitive skin.

Before Your Treatment
If you have never been waxed before we require a patch test 24hrs prior to treatment. We recommend that you exfoliate the area the night before to remove dead skin and apply NO MOISTURISER. This will result in a smoother finish after waxing and less irritation.
Aftercare
For 24hrs after your wax we recommend the following:
- Exfoliate regularly to avoid ingrown hairs and apply tea tree lotion for 3-4 days after and in between waxes. Tea tree is antiseptic and also has a drawing out property to keep ingrown hairs at bay
- No hot showers, baths, swimming, saunas, sunbeds, massage or heat treatments
- No creams, lotions (except tea tree lotion) or false tans
